Memory Installations
The following table shows several possible memory combinations. The P5GX-LG system board supports from 2-128MB of 72-pin EDO memory, 70ns or faster. Memory may be installed in any combination as long as SIMM memory modules must be installed in pairs, and the pairs have the same specifications, including parity/non-parity, access speed, and physical configuration. SIMMs must have a "low profile" to clear the card slots. If installing only two SIMMs, the memory must be installed in sockets SIMM1/SIMM2.
